Siren Protocol

At a classified deep-sea research station, marine biologist Castiana arrives to study anomalous genetic samples that trigger an unexpected ancestral response within her. The discovery forges an intense connection to Garmen Ellitrope, the station's commanding officer and her estranged stepbrother, who shares the same latent heritage. As the protocol advances through controlled exposure and deepening proximity, Castiana confronts profound shifts in identity, heightened instincts, and the pull of an ancient bond that challenges her independence and scientific focus. Garmen must navigate his responsibilities while guiding the process, balancing command duties against the growing imperative of their shared legacy. The isolated environment amplifies tension among the crew, forcing Castiana to weigh duty, desire, and the surrender of her former life. The story explores themes of belonging, transformation, and the magnetic force of hidden bloodlines in a high-pressure oceanic setting.
