The Office Spiral
Marketing coordinator Estelle Kramer is reassigned to the executive floor and discovers an antique spiral pendant in the CEO’s private lounge. Curiosity draws her to the glass case, where the living spiral activates and begins conditioning her during private meetings with Elmer Hurley. Over successive encounters the pendant rewires her responses, installing triggers that compel her to drop into trance, accept schedule changes, alter her wardrobe, and kneel without memory of choosing to do so. Ira Bolton manages the calendar blocks that isolate her for longer sessions while executives observe her public compliance. The slow-burn progression deepens through repeated exposure until the pendant is locked permanently around her throat as a collar, her old professional identity erased and her role rewritten as Executive Resource. The narrative follows her gradual loss of autonomy through hypnotic suggestion, public demonstrations, and institutional acceptance of her transformed state.
