The living room looked different through her phone screen. Megan adjusted the angle, propping the device against a stack of decorative books on the coffee table. Late afternoon light filtered through the sheer curtains, casting soft gold across the leather couch where she positioned herself.
She smoothed her hands down her thighs, feeling the worn denim of her shorts. Deliberately casual. Deliberately careless. The top she had chosen was loose and low cut, a thin white cotton thing that slipped off one shoulder whenever she moved. No bra underneath. She had practiced this in the mirror upstairs, the way the fabric fell, the way her nipples pressed through when she leaned forward just right.
Her heart hammered against her ribs.
You've done this a hundred times, she told herself. Just another video. Just another post.
But this one was different. This one had a target.
She pressed record.
"Hey, Daddy." Her voice came out sweet, almost singsong. She let the camera linger on her face for a moment, big green eyes, the freckles scattered across her nose. Then she shifted, letting the camera follow her hand as she traced a slow line down her throat, across her collarbone.
"I know you work so hard for us. I know you think I don't appreciate it."
She bit her lower lip, let her gaze drop, then lift again. The move was practiced. She had used it on dates, on followers, on anyone who needed convincing.
"But I've been thinking. About everything you give me. About how maybe you could give me a little more."
She let the silence stretch. The only sound was the faint hum of the refrigerator from the kitchen. The house was empty. Trent wouldn't be home for hours.
"I've been making content, Daddy. Good content. The kind people pay for." She tilted her head, let the loose strap slip further down her arm. The cotton shifted, pulling tight across her chest, the outline of her nipples visible through the thin fabric. She let the camera hold there for a breath. "The kind that would be really embarrassing if anyone in the family saw it. If Mom saw it. If Grandma saw it."
She paused, letting the threat hang.
"But I don't want to post it. I really don't. I just need you to understand how serious I am."
Megan reached into her pocket and pulled out a folded piece of paper. She unfolded it slowly, letting the camera catch every movement. The paper listed numbers. Monthly expenses. Rent for an apartment she wanted. A car she had picked out. A monthly allowance that would let her quit her part-time job and focus on content full time.
"This is what I need. Five thousand a month. You can afford it. I've done the math."
She set the paper down on the coffee table, right next to the phone.
"I've scheduled a livestream for tonight." She let her voice drop, husky and deliberate. "If you transfer the money before then, I'll delete everything. The video I just made. The other ones I have saved. All of it."
She leaned closer to the camera, and the top gaped open, giving a clear view down the front. The swell of her breasts, the soft skin between them, the faint shadow where the fabric barely clung to her nipples. She knew exactly what the camera was seeing. She had angled it that way on purpose.
"But if you don't, Daddy, I go live. And everyone sees what their little Megan can do."
She reached up with one hand and tugged the neckline lower. Just enough. Just a glimpse of the curve of her breast, the edge of her areola before the fabric caught. She held the pose, letting the camera drink her in. The loose top. The bare legs. The confident smirk she had practiced in the mirror until it felt like armor.
Then she reached forward and stopped the recording.
The silence rushed back in. Megan let out a breath she hadn't realized she was holding. Her hands trembled against her thighs.
She watched the preview. Her face on the screen, young and pretty and dangerous. The threat was clear. The implication was clear. Anyone who watched it would understand exactly what she was offering, exactly what she was holding over him.
She saved the file. Opened her streaming platform. Uploaded the video as a private file linked to a scheduled livestream event.
Tonight. In a couple of hours.
She stared at the confirmation screen. The post was scheduled. The countdown had begun.
Excitement bubbled in her chest, hot and bright. She had done it. She had actually done it. Trent would see the notification, would see the scheduled post, would panic. He would transfer the money. He would call her, maybe even beg. And she would be in control.
But beneath the excitement, something cold twisted in her stomach.
What if he didn't pay?
What if he called her bluff?
She stood up, pacing the length of the living room. Her bare feet pressed into the thick carpet. The house was too quiet. The decorative pillows on the couch seemed to mock her. The family photos on the mantle stared at her with frozen smiles.
She had thought this through. She had planned for weeks. She had saved money for the new phone, for the ring light she had hidden in her closet, for the editing software she had learned to use in secret.
But she hadn't planned for what came after.
If he paid, she would have the money. She would move out. She would be free.
If he didn't pay, she would have to follow through. She would have to post the video. She would have to watch her family fall apart.
Her stomach lurched.
She grabbed her phone and checked the scheduled post again. Still there. Still counting down.
She imagined Trent seeing it. Imagined his gray eyes going cold. Imagined his voice, flat and controlled, asking her what she thought she was doing.
She had seen him angry before. It wasn't loud. It wasn't explosive. It was quiet and absolute and terrifying.
But she had the leverage. She had the content. She had the upper hand.
She sat back down on the couch, pulling her knees to her chest. The loose top fell forward, exposing the curve of her breasts. She didn't bother fixing it. There was no one here to see.
Except the camera.
She looked at her phone. The camera lens stared back at her, dark and unblinking.
She had made herself vulnerable on purpose. That was the point. She had shown her body, her threat, her desperation. She had given him something to react to.
But now, alone in the quiet house, she wondered if she had given him too much.
Megan closed her eyes and took a slow breath. The excitement was still there, humming under her skin like a live wire. But the nerves were louder now, a constant buzz of what if what if what if.
She checked the time. Less than two hours left.
She could still cancel. She could delete the post, pretend it never happened, go back to being the careless daughter who spent too much money and stayed out too late.
But that wasn't enough anymore. She wanted more. She deserved more.
She set her phone down on the coffee table and walked to the kitchen. She poured a glass of water, drank it slowly, tried to calm the trembling in her fingers.
The refrigerator hummed. The clock on the microwave ticked forward.
Not much time now.
She was halfway through her water when she heard the front door open.
Her heart stopped.
The water glass slipped from her fingers, shattering against the tile floor. Water spread across the kitchen, soaking her bare feet.
"Megan?"
Trent's voice. Calm. Level. Coming from the living room.
She didn't answer. She couldn't.
She heard his footsteps cross the carpet. Heard him stop. Heard the silence that followed.
And then she heard him speak again, his voice flat and cold and absolutely controlled.
"Megan. Come here."
She stepped over the broken glass, leaving the water to spread across the floor. Her bare feet carried her to the living room, to the doorway where she stopped.
Trent stood in front of the coffee table. He held her phone in his hand. The screen was lit, showing the scheduled livestream.
He looked up at her. His gray eyes were calm. His jaw was set.
"Sit down," he said.
She didn't move.
"Sit. Down."
Her legs carried her to the couch. She sat on the edge, her hands clasped in her lap, her loose top still falling off one shoulder.
Trent didn't sit. He stood over her, holding her phone, looking at the screen.
"Explain this," he said.
Megan opened her mouth. Closed it. Opened it again.
"It's a livestream," she said. Her voice sounded small. "Scheduled for tonight."
"I can see that." He scrolled through the settings. "I can see the video attached. I can see the description."
He looked at her.
"I can see the threat."
She swallowed. Her throat was dry.
"I need money, Daddy."
"You need money," he repeated. Flat. Disbelieving.
"Five thousand a month. I calculated it. You can afford it."
Trent looked at the phone. Looked at her. Looked at the phone again.
"You made a video," he said. "Of yourself. In my house. On my furniture. Threatening to post it unless I pay you."
"It's not a threat. It's a negotiation."
"It's blackmail, Megan."
The word hit her like cold water.
"I wouldn't have posted it," she said quickly. "I just needed you to take me seriously."
Trent didn't respond. He sat down across from her, in the armchair by the window. He held her phone loosely, turning it over in his hands.
"You scheduled this for tonight," he said.
"Yes."
"And if I don't pay, you go live."
"Yes."
He was quiet for a long moment. The only sound was the ticking of the clock on the mantle.
Then he looked at her, and his eyes weren't angry. They were calculating.
"I'm going to delete this," he said. "I'm going to cancel the scheduled post. I'm going to take your phone. And then we're going to have a conversation about what happens next."
Megan felt something crack inside her chest.
"You can't do that."
"I can do whatever I want. This is my house. My internet. My phone plan." He held up the device. "My name on the account."
"That's my phone."
"It's a phone I pay for. With money I earn. In a house I own." He stood up, pocketing the phone. "You made a mistake, Megan. You thought you had leverage. But you left evidence. You left a trail. And you left me time to find it."
He walked to the door, then stopped.
"Stay here. Don't move. Don't touch anything."
He left the room.
Megan sat on the couch, frozen. Her whole body trembled. Her heart pounded. The excitement was gone, replaced by a cold, creeping dread.
She had planned everything. She had thought of every detail.
But she hadn't thought of him coming home early.
She hadn't considered him finding the post before it aired.
She hadn't imagined what he would do when he found it.
She heard his voice from the other room, low and calm, talking on the phone. She couldn't make out the words.
She looked at the coffee table. The paper with her demands was still there, sitting where she had left it.
She had been so careful. She had been so confident.
And now she had nothing.
The clock on the mantle ticked forward.
The scheduled post was still an hour away, but it didn't matter anymore. Trent had her phone. Trent had the video. Trent had everything.
She heard his footsteps returning.
She looked up as he entered the living room. He held her phone in one hand, a laptop in the other.
"I've cancelled the post," he said. "I've deleted the video. I've changed the passwords on your accounts."
He set the laptop down on the coffee table. The screen showed her dashboard. Empty. Every post, every draft, every scheduled video. Gone.
"We're going to have a conversation," he said. "But not tonight. Tonight, you're going to think about what you did. You're going to think about the consequences."
He picked up the paper with her demands. He read it slowly, his face unreadable.
"Five thousand a month," he said. "An apartment. A car."
He looked at her.
"You're not going anywhere, Megan. You're staying here. In this house. Under my roof. Under my rules."
He folded the paper and put it in his pocket.
"Give me your keys."
"What?"
"Your car keys. Your house keys. Everything."
She reached into her pocket and pulled out her key ring. Her fingers shook so badly she almost dropped it. She handed it to him.
He took it without looking at it.
"Go to your room. Stay there until I call you for dinner."
She stood up. Her legs felt weak. Her chest felt hollow.
She walked past him, toward the stairs. She could feel his eyes on her back, watching her go.
She stopped at the bottom of the stairs.
"Daddy?"
"Yes?"
"I'm sorry."
She didn't turn around. She didn't know if she meant it.
"Go to your room, Megan."
She climbed the stairs. Each step felt heavier than the last.
When she reached her door, she looked back. Trent stood in the living room, still holding her phone, still watching her.
She closed the door and sat on her bed.
The room was dark. The curtains were drawn. The only light came from the crack under the door.
She had planned everything. She had been so careful.
And now she had nothing.
The excitement was gone. The confidence was gone.
All that was left was the cold, creeping certainty that she had made a terrible mistake.
And that her father wasn't done with her yet.

Account Lockdown
The house was quiet. That was the first thing Trent noticed when he stepped out of his office. No music thumping from the upstairs bedroom. No rapid-fire chatter of Megan on a call. Just silence, thick and expectant.
He found her in the living room, sitting on the edge of the couch with her phone clutched in both hands. She looked up when he entered, and for a moment he saw something he had never seen on her face before. Uncertainty.
"My accounts are locked," she said. Her voice was flat, controlled, but he caught the tremor underneath. "All of them. I can't log in anywhere."
He did not respond. He simply walked to the armchair across from her and sat down, crossing one leg over the other. The movement was slow, deliberate, measured. He wanted her to see every second of his calm.
"Dad. Did you hear me? I said my accounts are locked."
"I heard you."
"Then what are you going to do about it?"
Reaching into his jacket pocket, he pulled out his phone. He unlocked it, navigated to a folder, and turned the screen toward her.
On it was a screenshot of her scheduled livestream. The title. The description. The timestamp. All of it.
Her face went white.
"I don't know what that is," she said quickly.
"Don't lie to me, Megan."
"It's not what it looks like. I was just messing around. I wasn't going to actually post it."
"You scheduled it to go live in less than an hour."
She opened her mouth. Closed it. Opened it again. For a long moment, no sound came out.
"How did you get that?"
"I set up your first social media account when you were fifteen. I know every recovery question, every backup email, every password you've ever used." He set the phone down on the coffee table between them. "You thought you could blackmail me in my own house."
"It's not blackmail. It's just a stupid video. I was angry, okay? I didn't mean it."
"You meant it enough to schedule it."
She slumped back against the couch, her bravado crumbling. "What are you going to do? Ground me? Take my phone? You already did that."
"I'm going to do something much more effective."
From his other pocket, he produced a folded stack of papers. Three pages, single-spaced, neatly printed. He placed them on the table next to his phone.
She stared at the papers like they were a live snake.
"What is that?"
"A contract."
"A contract for what?"
"For your continued residence in this house."
She laughed. It was a brittle, hollow sound. "You can't be serious. I'm twenty-three years old. You can't make me sign anything."
"You're right. I can't make you sign it. But if you don't, you have two options. You can leave right now with nothing but what you can carry, or I can file a police report for attempted extortion using sexually explicit material."
Her laugh died in her throat. "You wouldn't do that."
"Try me."
She stared at him. He stared back. The clock on the wall ticked. The refrigerator hummed. Somewhere outside, a car drove past.
She broke first.
"What does it say?"
"Read it."
She reached out with trembling fingers and picked up the papers. Her eyes scanned the first page, then the second, then the third. He watched her expression shift through a dozen emotions. Shock gave way to disbelief, which curdled into anger before settling into something closer to fear.
"This is insane," she whispered.
"It's reasonable."
"Reasonable? You want full access to all my devices. You want to monitor everything I do online. You want me to ask permission to leave the house. You want me to do chores." She stopped. Her voice dropped. "You want to discipline me."
"Correct."
"How? How would you discipline me?"
He did not answer immediately. He let her sit with the question, let her imagination supply the possibilities. When he finally spoke, his voice was low and even.
"That depends on the infraction. But I assure you, it will be effective."
She looked back down at the contract. Her hands were shaking now.
"There's a clause in here about consequences. It says you can restrict my access to basic needs."
"Yes."
"What does that mean?"
"It means if you violate the terms of this contract, I will take away whatever privilege you have abused until you learn to use it responsibly. Your phone. Your internet. Your transportation. Your privacy. Whatever is necessary."
"You can't take away my privacy. That's illegal."
"I can within my own home. And if you don't like it, you are free to leave. The door is right there."
She looked toward the front door. He could see her calculating, weighing her options. She had no money of her own, no job, no car, no friends who would take her in without questions.
She was trapped.
"I need time to think about this."
"You have five minutes."
"That's not enough."
"It's all you're getting."
She sat there, the papers crumpling slightly in her grip. He watched her process, watched her run through every possible escape route, every plea, every argument. He had already calculated them all. There was no way out that did not end worse for her.
Several minutes passed in silence.
"Fine." The word came out strangled. "Fine. I'll sign it."
She picked up the pen he had placed on the table. Her hand shook as she scrawled her name at the bottom of each page. When she finished, she shoved the papers across the table like they were contaminated.
"There. Happy?"
He picked up the contract, examined each signature, then set it aside. "Not yet. But I will be."
Standing, he walked to her side of the table. She flinched when he reached out, but he only took her phone from her hand.
"Hey!"
"You'll get this back when I've finished setting up the monitoring software. Until then, consider this your first taste of lost autonomy."
She stared at him, mouth open, eyes wide. For the first time in her life, she had nothing to say.
He turned and walked back toward his office, her phone in his pocket. Behind him, he heard her start to cry.
Good. Let her cry. Let her understand.
This was only the beginning.
When he reached his desk, he pulled up the secure drive where he had saved copies of her content. He would review it later. He would use it as needed.
For now, he had a contract to file and a daughter to train.
He sat down, opened the first file, and began to plan.
Content Reversal
The camera light glowed red from its tripod position in the corner of the living room. Trent adjusted the angle with deliberate precision, ensuring the frame captured the full space. The coffee table had been pushed aside. The rug was rolled back to expose the hardwood beneath. The room looked like a stage waiting for its performer.
Megan stood near the fireplace, her arms crossed over her chest. She wore the clothes he had selected: a plain gray t-shirt that hung loose on her frame and thin cotton shorts that ended mid-thigh. No makeup. No jewelry. No carefully crafted persona for her audience to consume.
"You're really going to record this?" she asked, her voice carrying a tremor she tried to hide.
"Of course." Trent checked the camera's settings one final time. "Documentation is important for tracking your progress."
"I signed your stupid contract. Isn't that enough?"
He turned to face her, his expression unreadable. "The contract established the framework. This is where the actual work begins."
Megan's jaw tightened. She looked around the room as if searching for an escape that didn't exist. Her fingers picked at the hem of her shirt in a nervous rhythm.
Trent walked to the small table beside the couch where he had laid out the equipment. Two leather cuffs with short chains between them. A pair of ankle cuffs with a connecting strap. A simple black leather collar with a small steel ring at the front. He picked up the wrist cuffs and turned back to his daughter.
"Hands together. In front of you."
She hesitated. Her green eyes flickered to the camera's red light, then back to him.
"Megan. Hands together. Now."
She brought her hands together slowly, wrists touching. Trent wrapped the leather around her left wrist first, buckling it snug but not tight. He smoothed the edge against her skin, checking the fit. Then the right. The chain between them was only six inches long, limiting her range of motion without completely disabling her.
He stepped back to examine his work. "Good. Now the ankles."
"You're putting those on me too?"
"That's what light restraints means. You'll complete your household duties while wearing them. The camera will record everything."
Megan looked down at the cuffs on her wrists. She tugged at the chain, testing its strength. The leather held firm. "This is humiliating."
"That's the point."
She let out a shaky breath but didn't argue further. Trent knelt at her feet and wrapped the ankle cuffs around each one, keeping the connecting strap short enough to force her into smaller steps. His fingers brushed the soft skin of her ankles as he worked, and he felt her tense at the contact. When he stood, she looked smaller somehow. Diminished by the restraints.
"Let's begin." He gestured toward the kitchen. "The dishes from breakfast need to be washed and put away. You know where everything goes."
Megan stared at him. "You want me to do dishes while wearing these?"
"I want you to learn that your body is no longer entirely your own. Every action you take happens under my supervision and for my purposes. The dishes are a starting point."
She opened her mouth as if to argue, then closed it. Something flickered in her expression. Resignation maybe. Or calculation. He couldn't tell yet.
She turned and walked toward the kitchen, her steps shortened by the ankle strap. The chain on her wrists clinked softly with each movement.
Trent followed at a distance, not needing to be close. The camera was still recording in the living room, but he had placed a second one in the kitchen earlier. A small wireless unit on the counter, angled to capture her at the sink. She hadn't noticed it yet.
He watched from the doorway as she approached the sink. She reached for the faucet handle, but the chain pulled her hands apart, making the motion awkward. She tried again, adjusting her grip, and managed to turn on the water.
"Soap is under the sink," he said.
She bent to retrieve it, the movement restricted by both sets of restraints. The shorts rode up her thighs as she crouched. When she straightened, she held the bottle in both hands, the chain between her wrists keeping her palms close together.
"You'll need to work with the limitations," Trent said. "Adapt. Find new ways to complete the task."
Megan squeezed soap onto a sponge and began scrubbing a plate. Her movements were stiff, frustrated. The plate clinked against the sink edge.
"I hate this," she muttered.
"You hate being held accountable for your actions."
She stopped scrubbing and turned to look at him. "I made a mistake. I get it. How long do I have to keep paying for it?"
"Until the lesson is learned completely. Not just understood. Learned."
"I understand plenty."
"Understanding and acceptance are different things." He stepped into the kitchen, closer now. "You understand that you lost. You haven't accepted that you've been remade."
Megan's hands tightened on the plate. The chain rattled against the porcelain.
"Finish the dishes," Trent said. "Then we'll move to the next task."
She turned back to the sink, her shoulders rigid. He watched her work through the stack of plates and bowls, each movement hampered by the restraints. She dropped a fork twice before managing to dry it. She had to adjust her grip constantly to reach different surfaces.
When the last bowl was in the cabinet, she turned to face him. "Done."
"Drying rag needs to be folded and hung. The counter needs to be wiped down."
Her expression tightened but she complied. She folded the rag as best she could with limited hand movement, hanging it over the faucet. She grabbed a paper towel and wiped the counter in small, frustrated strokes.
"Better," Trent said. "Now the living room. Dust the surfaces. Straighten the cushions. The camera is still recording."
She walked past him without meeting his eyes, her steps short and measured. He followed, watching the way the chains affected her posture. She was learning to move within the limits. Adapting already.
In the living room, she picked up a dusting cloth from the basket by the fireplace. She started with the bookshelves, running the cloth over the wood with the chain clinking against the spines. Her movements were slower now, more deliberate.
"Tell me what you were thinking when you filmed that first video," Trent said.
She stopped dusting. "I already told you. I wanted money."
"No. That's the surface reason. Tell me what you were feeling."
Megan turned to face him, the dusting cloth clutched in her chained hands. "I was angry. You kept saying no to everything I asked for. I felt like you didn't care about what I wanted."
"And you thought blackmail would fix that?"
"I thought it would make you listen."
"Listening and complying are different things. You wanted me to comply with your demands. You didn't want a conversation."
She looked down at her hands. The chain caught the light from the window.
"I'm listening now," Trent said. "Tell me what you're feeling right now."
"Humiliated. Trapped. Stupid."
"Good. That's honest. Continue."
She raised her eyes to meet his. "I thought I was smart enough to get what I wanted. I thought I could control everything. I was wrong."
"You were wrong about the method. Not about your capabilities." He stepped closer. "You're clever. You're resourceful. Those qualities don't need to be punished. They need to be redirected."
Megan's brow furrowed. "What do you mean?"
"I mean that your content creation wasn't the problem. The problem was that you used it against your own family. Against me." He reached out and touched her chin, lifting her face to meet his gaze. "You wanted attention. You wanted validation. You wanted control. Those are not bad desires. But they need to be channeled through proper authority."
"Through you."
"Through me. I am the authority in this household. I always have been. You forgot that somewhere along the way."
She didn't pull away from his touch. Her eyes searched his face, looking for something. He wasn't sure what.
"Finish the dusting," he said, releasing her chin. "Then we'll move to the next task."
She turned back to the bookshelf, her movements quieter now. Trent watched her work through the rest of the room, noting the way she adjusted her stance to accommodate the ankle strap, the way she held the cloth to maximize her limited range.
When she finished, he had her kneel on the floor in front of the camera.
"Why am I kneeling?" she asked, but she was already lowering herself down.
"Because this is the posture of submission. You need to practice it until it feels natural."
She settled onto her knees, her hands resting on her thighs. The chain hung between her wrists. The camera captured everything.
"Now repeat after me," Trent said. "I am Megan Dunlap. I am my father's daughter. I am being trained to serve."
Her cheeks flushed. "Do I have to?"
"Repeat it."
She took a breath. "I am Megan Dunlap. I am my father's daughter. I am being trained to serve."
"Good. Again."
"I am Megan Dunlap. I am my father's daughter. I am being trained to serve."
"One more time. Slower."
She closed her eyes. "I am Megan Dunlap. I am my father's daughter. I am being trained to serve."
Her voice cracked on the last word. When she opened her eyes, they were wet.
"Tears are fine," Trent said. "They're part of the process. You're learning to accept your new position."
She wiped her eyes with the back of her hand, the chain making the gesture awkward. "This is really happening."
"It's been happening since you scheduled that video. You just didn't know it yet."
He walked to the camera and checked the recording. Still running. Good.
"Stand up. We have one more task before we finish."
She rose slowly, her legs unsteady. The ankle strap forced her to balance carefully.
"Follow me."
He led her to the dining room, where a straight-backed chair had been placed in the center of the space. On the seat was the collar he had shown her earlier. Simple black leather with a small ring at the front.
Megan stopped when she saw it. "That's not in the contract."
"The contract is a foundation. This is an extension. Collars are for pets. You're learning to be a pet."
"I'm your daughter."
"You're both. The collar represents the new aspect of our relationship. The part where I own your obedience."
She stared at the collar. Her breathing quickened, her chest rising and falling beneath the thin cotton of her shirt.
"Pick it up," Trent said.
She reached out with her chained hands and lifted the collar. The leather was soft, well oiled. It had a weight to it that surprised her.
"Put it on."
Megan looked at him, then at the collar, then back at him. Her hands trembled slightly as she brought the collar to her neck. She fumbled with the buckle, the chain making the task difficult. It took her three tries to get it fastened.
When it was done, she lowered her hands. The collar sat snug against her throat, the ring resting just below her chin. It framed the delicate column of her neck.
"Good girl," Trent said.
The words hit her like a physical blow. Her eyes widened. Her lips parted. Something shifted in her expression.
"Now kneel again. In front of the chair."
She lowered herself to her knees, the collar catching the light. Trent walked around behind her and placed his hands on her shoulders. He could feel the tension in her muscles, the slight tremor running through her frame.
"This is your position now. When you're not completing tasks, you kneel. When I speak to you, you listen. When I give an instruction, you comply."
She nodded slowly.
"Use your words."
"Yes, Dad."
"Good." His hands moved from her shoulders to the collar, adjusting it slightly so it sat perfectly centered. His fingers brushed the warm skin of her neck. "The session is over for today. You can remove the restraints once I've turned off the camera. The collar stays on until I say otherwise."
She nodded again. "Yes, Dad."
He let his hands linger for a moment, feeling her pulse quicken beneath his fingertips. Then he walked to the camera and pressed the stop button. The red light went dark.
Megan remained on her knees, her head bowed. The collar was a dark band against her pale skin. The chains hung loose from her wrists.
Trent watched her for a long moment. The first session was complete. The foundation was laid. Tomorrow they would build on it.
"Go upstairs and rest," he said. "You have a full schedule tomorrow."
She rose slowly, her movements careful and deliberate. She walked past him without meeting his eyes, the chains clinking with each step. At the bottom of the stairs, she paused.
"Dad?"
"Yes."
"Thank you."
He didn't respond immediately. The words hung in the air between them.
"For what?" he asked.
"For not giving up on me."
She climbed the stairs without waiting for an answer. Trent listened to her footsteps fade down the hallway, the sound of chains accompanying each step.
He turned back to the camera and ejected the memory card. He would review the footage later, analyze her responses, plan the next session.
The training had begun. And Megan was learning faster than he had expected.
Controlled Public Posts
Trent sat in his home office, three monitors arranged in a precise arc before him. The center screen displayed Megan's main social media account. He had spent the morning cataloging her posts, her captions, the comments she left on strangers' profiles. The pattern was unmistakable: desperate attention-seeking dressed up as vulnerability, calculated intimacy manufactured for maximum engagement.
Her footsteps on the stairs gave her away. Slow. Reluctant. She had been avoiding him since the contract signing, staying in her room, emerging only for meals. That arrangement would need to change.
"Come in," he said without looking up.
The door opened. Megan stood in the doorway wearing baggy sweatpants and an oversized hoodie, her hair pulled back in a messy ponytail. She looked younger like this. Softer. She also looked like she was trying to disappear into her clothes.
"Sit." He gestured to the chair beside his desk.
She sat. Her eyes flicked to the screens, then away quickly, as if the images burned.
"I've been reviewing your content," Trent said. "All of it. Going back three years."
Megan's jaw tightened. "That's creepy."
"It's thorough." He pulled up a timeline of her posts. "You started with lifestyle content. Outfits, coffee shop visits, study sessions. Then you realized what drove the most engagement."
He clicked on a thumbnail. Megan in a crop top, bending over to pick up a book. The caption read "oops dropped something."
"That one got forty thousand views," he said flatly. "You were nineteen."
"I was experimenting."
"You were learning what worked. And it did work, for a while. But here's what you never understood." He turned to face her. "The algorithm rewards consistency. You've been erratic for the last six months. Frantic posts followed by weeks of silence. Your engagement is collapsing."
Megan's eyes widened slightly. She hadn't expected him to analyze her metrics.
"I'm not criticizing your strategy," he continued. "I'm telling you it's over. From now on, you post what I approve."
"Like hell I will."
"Read section four of your contract."
She opened her mouth, closed it. Her hands curled into fists on her thighs.
"Section four," Trent repeated, "grants me control over all public content you produce until the six-month term is complete. That includes social media posts, videos, photographs, and written statements."
"You can't make me post."
"No. But I can make sure anything you post is deleted within minutes. And I can make sure your followers see a very different version of you than the one you've been showing them."
Megan's face went pale. "What does that mean?"
"It means I have access to everything you've ever deleted. Every draft you abandoned, every video you shot and decided not to publish. I also have the footage from our first session." He let that sink in, watching the color drain from her face completely. "Would you like your followers to see you on your knees, reciting why blackmail is wrong?"
"Bastard." The word came out as a whisper.
"Careful." His tone was calm, measured. "That's not how you address the person controlling your public image."
She looked away. Her shoulders hunched forward, making her seem smaller in the chair.
"Here's how this works," Trent said. "I've prepared a content calendar. Three posts per week. Two photos, one video. You will follow my direction exactly. In return, your accounts remain active and your followers see a young woman who is mature, respectful, and clearly focused on personal growth."
"And if I don't?"
"Then I delete everything. Every account across every platform. Every trace of Megan Dunlap online." He paused, letting the silence stretch. "Or I release the footage. Your choice."
Megan's breath caught. She stared at the screens, at her own face frozen in a thumbnail from years ago. A version of herself that didn't know what was coming.
"Fine." The word was barely audible.
"Good girl. We start tomorrow at nine."
She stood to leave.
"Sit down."
She froze. Turned slowly. Sat back in the chair.
"We need to discuss the tone of your content," Trent said. "Your current aesthetic is built on rebellion and sexuality. That changes starting now. You will present yourself as modest, grateful, and family-oriented."
"I don't have a family-oriented aesthetic."
"You do now." He pulled up a mood board he had created. Soft colors. Natural light. Simple clothing. "This is your new brand. Wholesome daughter content. Baking, reading, spending time in the garden. Things that suggest you've found direction."
Megan stared at the images. "This is so fake."
"It's strategic. The internet loves a redemption arc. A young woman who was lost and found her way, who credits her father for helping her grow." He met her eyes. "You will credit me in every third post. A simple mention. 'Thanks Dad for the advice.' 'Grateful for my father's guidance.' Nothing explicit. Just enough to establish the narrative."
"And if someone figures it out?"
"They won't. Because you'll be convincing." He leaned back in his chair. "You're an excellent performer, Megan. That's why this will work. You just need a new script."
She sat in silence for a long moment. Then she nodded, the motion small and reluctant.
"Good. Now let's practice."
"Practice what?"
"Your first post." He pulled up a camera on his phone. "Stand by the window. Natural light."
She hesitated. Then she stood and moved to the window. The afternoon sun caught her hair, turned it gold at the edges.
"Cross your hands in front of you. Soft smile. Look slightly to the left."
She adjusted. Her posture was stiff, defensive.
"Relax your shoulders. You're not being punished. You're being seen."
She took a breath. Her shoulders dropped. Her expression softened into something almost natural.
Trent took the photo. Checked it. "Better. Now let's try one where you're holding a book."
"I don't have a book."
"Use that one." He pointed to a leather-bound journal on his desk.
She picked it up, held it against her chest like a shield.
"Too defensive. Hold it open, like you've been reading. Look down at the page."
She flipped it open to a random page. Looked down. Her lashes cast shadows on her cheeks.
Trent took another photo. "Good. Now look up. Caught in a moment of thought."
She lifted her gaze. Her eyes were distant, unfocused. The light caught the slight part of her lips.
"Perfect." He reviewed the image. "This is your first post. Caption will be: 'Starting a new chapter. Grateful for the people who never gave up on me.'"
Megan's lips pressed together. "That's so on the nose."
"It's effective. You post it tomorrow at noon."
She set the journal down. Her hands were shaking slightly.
"One more thing," Trent said. "Your wardrobe. I've ordered new clothes. They arrive tomorrow. You will wear them for all public appearances, online and offline."
"What's wrong with my clothes?"
"Nothing, if you want to keep signaling rebellion and sexual availability. But we're changing your brand, remember?" He stood and walked toward her. She didn't step back, but he saw the tension ripple through her body as he closed the distance. "You're going to learn that modesty has power. That being covered can be more compelling than being exposed."
She looked up at him. Her green eyes were unreadable, but her pulse was visible at the base of her throat, quick and unsteady.
"You're taking everything from me."
"I'm giving you a new direction. One you clearly needed." He reached out and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. She flinched but didn't pull away. His fingers lingered at the curve of her jaw, tracing the soft skin there before dropping to his side. "You'll thank me eventually."
"Like hell I will."
"You said that already." He smiled slightly. "Repetition suggests you're not as certain as you pretend."
She turned away. Walked to the door. Stopped with her hand on the frame.
"What happens if I do this right? If I post what you want and play the part?"
Trent considered the question. "Then at the end of six months, you'll have a clean reputation, a stable online presence, and a much better relationship with your father."
"And if I do it wrong?"
"Then you'll learn what happens when you break the rules." He sat back down at his desk. "But you won't do it wrong. Because you're smarter than that."
She left without another word. He listened to her footsteps retreat up the stairs, slower than when she'd come down. He turned back to the monitors and began scheduling the first week of posts.
The next morning, a box of clothes arrived. Trent had chosen carefully: high-necked blouses, knee-length skirts, soft cardigans, simple dresses in muted colors. Nothing that clung or revealed. Everything that suggested restraint.
Megan stood in the living room wearing one of the outfits: a cream blouse with a Peter Pan collar and a navy pleated skirt. She looked uncomfortable, her hands fidgeting with the hem.
"Stop that," Trent said. "Stand still. Let the clothes settle on you."
She dropped her hands. Stood straighter. The blouse fit well, the fabric skimming her frame without hugging it. The skirt fell to just below her knees, demure but not shapeless.
"Better. Now let's shoot the video."
The video was simple: Megan sitting in the armchair by the fireplace, holding a cup of tea, talking about her goals for the new year. Trent had written the script. She had memorized it.
"Action."
She started speaking. Her voice was steady. "This year, I'm focusing on growth. On becoming someone my family can be proud of. On learning from the people who've been there for me."
Her delivery was perfect. Sincere. Vulnerable. The camera caught the way her hands wrapped around the teacup, the way her eyes softened when she mentioned family. It was a performance, but a skilled one.
"Cut. Good take."
She exhaled. "Can I see it?"
He showed her the playback. She watched herself, her expression shifting from surprise to something like grudging satisfaction.
"I look different."
"You are different. Or you're becoming different. The two are the same." He took the phone from her hands, his fingers brushing hers in the transfer. She didn't pull away. "You're not pretending to be good. You're learning to be good. The posts are just evidence of the process."
She looked at him. For a moment, her defiance seemed to crack. He could see the question forming behind her eyes, the desperate want for someone to tell her this was real, that she could actually become the person in the video.
"Is this really going to work?"
"It's already working." He handed the phone back. "Now let's discuss your next post. I'm thinking a baking video. Something domestic."
"Great." Her voice was flat. "I'll get the flour."
But as she walked to the kitchen, Trent noticed something he hadn't seen before: her shoulders were straight. Her steps were steady. She wasn't fighting.
She was learning.
And that was exactly what he intended.
Device and Body Rules
Megan woke to the sound of her door opening, the morning light still pale and gray through the curtains. She blinked against the brightness, her body stiff from the previous day's training. The memory surfaced slowly: the controlled public post, her compliant smile, the way her father's hand had rested on her shoulder like a brand.
Trent stood in the doorway, a small case in his hand. His expression was unreadable, calm as always. "Time to get up, Megan. We have a new routine to establish."
She sat up slowly, the sheets pooling around her waist. "What time is it?"
"Early. Breakfast will be ready soon. I need you showered and dressed by then." He set the case on her dresser. "And we need to discuss the next phase of your training."
Megan's stomach tightened. "Next phase?"
"You've done well with the public posts. Your attitude has improved. But we need to address the root cause of your behavior." Trent opened the case, revealing a sleek device made of clear silicone and polished metal. It looked medical, clinical, and deeply intimate. "This is a chastity device. You'll be wearing it from now on."
Her throat went dry. "What? No. Dad, you can't be serious."
"I'm completely serious." He lifted the device from the case, turning it over in his hands. The metal lock glinted. "Your entire scheme was driven by a need for attention and validation. You used your body as currency. So we're going to remove that currency from the equation until you learn to value yourself differently."
"That's insane." Megan scrambled out of bed, backing away. "You can't just lock me up like some animal."
"I can, and I will." Trent's voice didn't rise. It never did. "This is non-negotiable, Megan. Either you accept the device willingly, or I restrain you and fit it myself. Your choice."
She stared at him, her pulse hammering in her ears. The memory of the contract she'd signed flashed through her mind. She'd agreed to this. She hadn't understood what it meant, but she'd agreed.
"How long?" she whispered.
"Until I'm satisfied that you've internalized the lessons we're teaching. That could be weeks. It could be months." He held the device out to her. "Come here."
Megan's legs felt weak. She crossed the room on unsteady feet, stopping in front of him. Her hands trembled as she reached for the device, but he pulled it back.
"No. You don't touch it. You stand still and let me fit it."
Her face flushed. "I have to... I need to shower first."
"You'll shower after. This goes on first."
Megan's chest constricted. She'd never felt so exposed, standing in her thin pajama shorts and tank top while her father held a device designed to control her most intimate needs. But she didn't move. She couldn't. The training was already working.
Trent knelt in front of her, his movements unhurried and precise. "Lift your shorts."
Her hands shook as she hooked her thumbs into the waistband and pulled the fabric down. The cool air hit her bare skin. She stared at the ceiling, unable to watch.
"Step out."
She did. Trent's fingers brushed her inner thigh as he positioned himself, and she flinched. His touch was clinical, detached, but it still sent a shiver through her that she couldn't suppress.
"The base ring goes around first." He held up a curved piece of metal. "This will sit behind your labia and against your clitoris. The silicone sleeve will cover the rest."
Megan squeezed her eyes shut. She could feel him working, the cool metal pressing against her most sensitive flesh, the gentle tug as he adjusted the fit. His fingers moved with practiced efficiency, spreading her labia to position the ring properly. She felt the cold metal settle into place, snug against her clitoral hood, and she bit her lip to keep from making a sound.
"Hold still." His thumb brushed her clit as he worked the sleeve into position, and she gasped despite herself. The touch was brief, accidental perhaps, but her body responded instantly. Heat bloomed between her legs, and she felt herself grow wet. She wanted to die from the shame of it.
Trent didn't acknowledge her response. He simply continued fitting the device, his fingers pressing the silicone into place over her vulva. The material was smooth and unyielding, covering her completely. She could feel it molding to her shape, the pressure constant and inescapable.
"There." He fastened the lock with a soft click. "The key stays with me. You won't have access to it under any circumstances."
She opened her eyes and looked down. The device was barely visible beneath her pajama top, but she could feel it. A constant, unyielding presence between her legs. She couldn't touch herself. She couldn't even feel herself properly. The metal ring pressed against her clit with every movement, a reminder of its presence.
"Now shower," Trent said, standing. "I'll have breakfast ready. We need to discuss the other changes."
"Other changes?" Her voice cracked.
"You'll see." He left the room, taking the case with him.
Megan stood frozen for a long moment. The device felt foreign, invasive, a constant reminder that her body was no longer her own. She wanted to claw it off. She wanted to scream. She wanted to run. But she did none of those things. She walked to the bathroom and stepped into the shower, the water hot against her skin.
The shower was its own kind of torture. The water ran over her body, pooling between her legs, warm and slick against the device. She tried to wash herself, but the silicone and metal prevented her touch. Her fingers slid over the smooth surface, feeling nothing but the barrier. She pressed against it, instinctively seeking the release her body craved, but the device held firm. Her clit throbbed beneath the metal ring, swollen and aching, but she couldn't reach it. Couldn't touch it. Couldn't do anything but stand there under the spray and suffer.
She emerged from the bathroom flushed and trembling. The arousal had faded slightly, but the device remained, a constant pressure that she couldn't ignore. She dressed in a simple sundress, the fabric brushing against her bare legs, and made her way to the kitchen.
A plate of eggs and toast sat in front of her, but she couldn't eat. Her stomach churned.
Trent sat across from her, a cup of coffee in his hand. "You're not eating."
"I'm not hungry."
"That's not an option. You need to maintain your strength." He pushed a glass of water toward her. "Drink."
Megan picked up the glass and took a sip. The water was cold, refreshing, but it did nothing to settle her nerves.
"There are a few new rules we need to establish," Trent said. "First, your access to food and water is now contingent on your behavior. You complete your tasks without complaint, you eat. You argue or resist, you wait until the next meal."
Her eyes widened. "You're going to starve me?"
"I'm going to teach you that privileges come with responsibility. You'll eat three meals a day as long as you earn them. Bathroom breaks are also scheduled. You'll have a few minutes every couple of hours, plus one in the morning and one before bed."
"What if I need to go in between?"
"Then you ask permission. And you accept that the answer might be no."
Megan's hands clenched under the table. This was too much. The device was bad enough, but this was complete control. She couldn't even pee without his approval.
"There's one more thing." Trent reached into his pocket and pulled out a small bottle of pills. "This is an aphrodisiac supplement. You'll take one with each meal."
"An aphrodisiac?" Megan's voice rose. "You want to make me horny while I'm locked up?"
"I want to disconnect your sexual response from your ability to act on it. You'll feel arousal, but you won't be able to relieve it. Over time, that frustration will teach you to channel your energy into more productive behaviors."
"That's torture."
"It's conditioning." He slid the bottle across the table. "Take one now."
Megan stared at the bottle. Her hand trembled as she reached for it. The pills were small, white, unassuming. She shook one into her palm and swallowed it dry.
"Good girl." Trent's voice softened slightly. "Now eat your breakfast."
She picked up her fork and forced herself to take a bite. The eggs were perfectly cooked, but they tasted like nothing. She chewed mechanically, swallowed, took another bite.
The first effects of the aphrodisiac hit her before she'd finished eating. A warmth spread through her abdomen, low and insistent. Her skin felt more sensitive, her nipples tightening against the fabric of her sundress. She shifted in her seat, trying to find a position that didn't make it worse.
"It's starting," Trent observed. "How do you feel?"
"Like I want to crawl out of my skin." Her voice was strained.
"That's normal. The intensity will increase over the next hour, then plateau. You'll remain at that level until the next dose." He stood and collected her plate. "We have work to do. The living room needs to be vacuumed. The windows need cleaning. The garden needs watering. All before lunch."
Megan stood, her legs unsteady. The arousal was building, a slow, relentless tide. She could feel the chastity device pressing against her, a constant reminder that she couldn't do anything about it.
The morning was a blur of tasks and torment. She vacuumed the living room, the vibration of the machine sending jolts through her sensitive body. The handle pressed against her pelvis with each push, the vibration traveling through the device and into her clit. She had to stop twice, her breath ragged, her legs shaking, because the sensation was too much. But it wasn't enough. It would never be enough.
She cleaned the windows, her arm muscles aching as she reached and stretched. Each movement shifted the device between her legs, the metal ring rubbing against her swollen clit. She bit her lip and tried to focus on the glass, on the spray bottle, on anything but the throbbing need between her legs.
She watered the garden, the cool spray of the hose doing nothing to cool the heat inside her. The sun beat down on her back, and sweat trickled between her breasts. She was acutely aware of every inch of her skin, every brush of fabric, every shift of air.
Every couple of hours, she stopped and asked for a bathroom break. Trent would check the clock, nod, and give her a few minutes. She'd sit on the toilet, the device making it awkward and unsatisfying. Urinating was a strange, humiliating process, the liquid flowing around the device rather than through it. She had to wipe carefully, her fingers brushing against the silicone and metal, and each touch sent a jolt of need through her that made her want to sob.
By noon, she was desperate. The aphrodisiac had reached its peak, a constant, throbbing need that consumed her thoughts. She couldn't focus on anything else. Every brush of fabric, every shift of her body, sent waves of pleasure that built but never crested. Her panties were damp, her thighs slick with arousal that had nowhere to go. The device pressed against her swollen flesh, tight and unforgiving, and she wanted to scream.
Lunch was a simple salad and a glass of water. Megan took her second pill without being told, her hands shaking. Trent watched her eat, his expression unreadable.
"You're doing well," he said. "I'm pleased with your compliance."
The praise washed over her, warm and unexpected. She looked up at him, her eyes glazed with arousal and exhaustion. "Thank you, Dad."
"You still have the afternoon's tasks. The laundry needs to be folded. The floors need mopping. Dinner needs preparing." He paused. "And I expect you to do it without complaint."
She nodded, not trusting her voice. The need was overwhelming, a physical ache that wouldn't stop. She wanted to beg him to unlock her, to let her touch herself, to do anything to relieve the pressure. But she knew better. Begging would only make it worse.
The afternoon was longer than the morning. Every minute stretched into an eternity. Megan folded laundry with trembling hands, her body screaming for release. The fabric was soft against her fingers, and she thought about how it would feel against her skin, against her breasts, between her legs. But she couldn't feel anything there anymore. Just the device, smooth and hard and constant.
She mopped the floors, the repetitive motion a dull torture. Each push of the mop pressed the handle against her lower abdomen, the pressure traveling down into the device. She was wet, dripping wet, and the device held all of it against her. Her clit throbbed with every heartbeat, swollen and trapped.
She prepared dinner, the simple act of chopping vegetables requiring all her concentration. Her hands shook as she held the knife, and she had to stop repeatedly to close her eyes and breathe. The arousal was a living thing inside her, clawing at her, demanding release that she couldn't give.
By evening, she was a wreck. The aphrodisiac had faded slightly, but the residual arousal was still there, a constant hum beneath her skin. Her nipples were hard and aching, visible through her dress. Her thighs were slick. Her breath came in short, shallow gasps. She served dinner with mechanical precision, her movements stiff and careful.
Trent ate in silence, watching her. When he finished, he set down his fork. "You've done well today, Megan. I'm proud of you."
The words hit her like a physical blow. Tears pricked at her eyes. She'd spent all day hating him, hating the device, hating the pills, hating everything. But the praise made it all worth it.
"Thank you, Sir." The title slipped out before she could stop it.
Trent's eyes flickered with something. Approval? Satisfaction? "You're learning. That's good."
He stood and walked around the table, stopping behind her chair. His hand rested on her shoulder, warm and heavy. "One more thing before bed."
She tensed. "What?"
"You've been good today. I'm going to give you a small reward." His hand moved to her neck, fingers brushing her hair aside. He leaned down, his lips close to her ear. "Close your eyes."
She did. Her breath caught in her throat.
His hand slid down her arm, over her shoulder, across her chest. He stopped just above her breast, his palm flat against her sternum. She could feel the heat of his hand through the thin fabric of her dress, and her nipple hardened beneath it, straining toward his touch.
"You want to touch yourself, don't you?" His voice was low, intimate.
"Yes." The word was barely a whisper.
"You want to feel release."
"Yes." Her voice cracked on the word.
"But you can't. Because I control that now." His hand moved lower, cupping her breast through the fabric. She gasped, her body arching into his touch. His thumb brushed over her nipple, and the sensation shot straight to her clit, still trapped and throbbing beneath the device. "This is all you get. My touch. My approval. Nothing more."
He squeezed gently, and she whimpered. Her hips shifted involuntarily, seeking friction that the device denied her. She could feel herself growing wetter, her arousal pooling against the silicone, and the need was so intense it bordered on pain.
"Please," she breathed. She didn't know what she was asking for. Release. Permission. Anything.
"Please what?" His thumb circled her nipple, slow and deliberate. Each pass sent another jolt through her, another wave of need that crashed against the device and went nowhere.
"Please, I can't... I need..."
"You need nothing." His hand slid lower, over her stomach, stopping just above the waistband of her panties. She held her breath, her entire body trembling. "This is what you need to learn. Your body doesn't belong to you anymore. It belongs to me. And I decide when you feel pleasure."
His fingers traced along the waistband, back and forth, and she wanted to scream. She wanted to grab his hand and shove it between her legs. She wanted to rip the device off and touch herself until she came. But she did none of those things. She stood there, trembling, while his fingers played along the edge of her panties and drove her insane.
"Good girl," he murmured. His hand withdrew, and she felt the loss like a physical wound. "You didn't try to take what wasn't offered. That's progress."
She was shaking. Her thighs were slick. Her nipples ached. Her clit throbbed so hard she could feel it pulsing against the metal ring. And he was pulling away, leaving her with nothing.
"Go to your room. I'll be up later to check on you."
Megan stood on shaky legs. She walked to her room, each step a battle against the need that consumed her. Every movement pressed the device against her swollen flesh, and she had to stop in the hallway, her hand braced against the wall, because her legs wouldn't hold her.
She made it to her room and lay down on her bed. The chastity device pressed against her, the metal ring shifting with her position. She tried to find a way to lie that didn't make it worse, but there wasn't one. Every position was torture. On her back, the pressure settled directly on her clit. On her side, the ring pressed against her labia. On her stomach, the entire device pushed into her, the weight of her body forcing it against her flesh.
She couldn't sleep. She couldn't think. She could only lie there, trapped in her own body, her arousal a constant, throbbing presence that the aphrodisiac had built and the device had locked away. Her hips moved involuntarily, seeking friction, seeking release, but the device held firm. She pressed her thighs together, trying to create pressure, but it wasn't enough. Nothing was enough.
She touched her breasts, her fingers finding her nipples, pinching and pulling. The sensation was good, intense, but it only made the need between her legs worse. She could feel herself dripping, her arousal leaking out around the device, and she wanted to cry.
When Trent checked on her later, she was still awake, her eyes red and glassy. She'd been crying, though she didn't remember starting. He stood in the doorway for a long moment, then nodded.
"Good night, Megan."
"Good night, Sir."
He closed the door, and she heard the lock click into place. She was alone, locked in her room, locked in her device, locked in her own desperate need.
The first night of extended denial had begun.
Breaking Point Session
The basement training room smelled of clean concrete and the faint floral scent of Megan's shampoo. Trent had prepared the space methodically, adjusting the single chair to face the wall, laying out the padded spanking bench, and setting the timer on his phone to track intervals. He wanted precision in this session, not chaos. Megan knelt on the mat in the center of the room, her wrists bound behind her back with a leather cuff, her body still trembling from the aphrodisiacs he had administered that morning.
"You know why we're here," Trent said, his voice flat and calm as he circled her. "Tell me."
Megan's breath hitched. She kept her eyes fixed on the floor, her auburn hair falling forward to hide her face. "Because I tried to blackmail you."
"Good. That's the surface reason. Go deeper."
She swallowed hard. "Because I thought I could control you. Because I... I wanted money without earning it. I wanted to force you to give me what I wanted."
"And what did that make you?"
"A brat." Her voice cracked. "A manipulative brat."
Trent stopped in front of her, looking down at the top of her head. "That's still not deep enough. What did you become when you decided to use your own family for leverage?"
Megan's shoulders shook. "I became... something worse. Something that needed to be fixed."
"Yes." Trent reached down and gripped her chin, lifting her face to meet his gaze. Her green eyes were red-rimmed, her freckled cheeks flushed with shame and arousal. The aphrodisiacs had done their work. She was slick between her thighs, her body aching for any kind of touch, desperate in ways she couldn't articulate. "You became something that needed correction. And I am going to give you that correction tonight. Do you understand?"
"Yes, Sir."
"Good girl." He released her chin and stepped to the spanking bench. "Come here. Position yourself."
Megan rose on unsteady legs, her knees nearly buckling as she crossed the few feet to the bench. She draped her body over it, her bound wrists tucked beneath her chest, her bare feet just touching the floor. The position left her completely exposed, her pink cotton shorts pulled tight over her curves, the thin fabric pressing snug against the cleft between her legs, her thin tank top riding up to reveal the small of her back.
Trent took his time. He ran his palm over her lower back, feeling the heat of her skin through the fabric. "You're going to count each one. You're going to thank me after each set. And when we're done, you're going to tell me, in detail, exactly what you planned to do to me with those videos. Every thought you had. Every fantasy of control. You will speak it all out loud until there's nothing left."
A sob escaped Megan's throat. "Yes, Sir."
The first strike landed flat and firm across the center of her shorts. The sound echoed in the concrete room, sharp and clean. Megan gasped, her body jerking forward, her hips pressing into the padded bench. The impact sent a jolt straight through her core, and she felt herself grow wetter, the aphrodisiacs amplifying every sensation until even the sting felt like a dark kind of pleasure.
"Count."
"One. Thank you, Sir." Her voice was thin, strained.
Trent waited, letting the sting settle before delivering the second. He varied the placement, targeting the curve of her right cheek, then her left, building a rhythm that kept her guessing. Each strike was measured, controlled, never crossing into true pain but always pushing past comfort. By the sixth, Megan was squirming, her thighs pressing together seeking friction. By the eighth, a damp spot had bloomed on the pink cotton between her legs. By the tenth, she was crying openly, tears dripping onto the padded surface beneath her face.
"Twelve," she choked out. "Thank you, Sir."
He paused, resting his hand on the heated skin of her backside. Through the thin shorts, he could feel the warmth radiating from her flesh. He let his fingers drift lower, tracing the crease where her thigh met her curves, and watched her shudder. "What were you thinking when you filmed that first video?"
Megan's breath came in ragged gasps. "I was... I was excited. Nervous. I thought it would work. I thought you'd give in."
"Why would I give in?"
"Because you... because you love me. Because you wouldn't want anyone to see those things."
"And yet you were willing to show them to the entire world to get what you wanted. How does that make you feel now?"
She pressed her forehead against the bench, her body shaking. "Ashamed. So ashamed, Sir."
"Good. That's the beginning of understanding." He delivered three more strikes in quick succession, each one landing on a different spot. Megan whimpered with each impact, her hips lifting slightly off the bench, chasing the sensation. "Now. Tell me the rest. Tell me what you planned to say in your livestream."
Megan's voice was barely a whisper. "I was going to... to sit in front of the camera in your favorite chair. Wearing that little black dress you always told me was too short. I was going to tell everyone that my father couldn't control me. That I was going to show them everything."
"Everything?"
"The photos from when I was sixteen. The ones I took in your bathroom mirror. The ones where I was... barely dressed."
Trent's jaw tightened. He had deleted those photos months ago, before Megan even knew he had found them. But hearing her speak them aloud, hearing her admit she had been willing to weaponize her own body against him, sent a cold fury through his veins. He needed to break this. He needed to burn it out of her completely.
Trent stood and walked to the small table beside the bench. He picked up a pair of scissors and returned to Megan, who lay trembling over the padded surface. Without a word, he slid the cold metal blade beneath the waistband of her shorts and cut downward. The pink fabric fell away in two pieces, exposing her bare skin, the flushed pink of where he had struck her, the slick shine of her arousal coating her inner thighs.
"Stand up." His voice was harder now, stripped of any warmth.
Megan scrambled upright, her legs trembling, her face streaked with tears and mascara. The cool air hit her exposed lower half and she gasped, instinctively pressing her thighs together. Trent guided her to the chair facing the wall and pressed her down onto it. The wooden seat was cold against her heated skin and she let out a small cry. He uncuffed her wrists and immediately re-cuffed them in front of her, then attached a short chain from the cuffs to a ring bolted into the floor. She could stand, but only barely. She could not escape.
"Face the wall," he said. "And continue."
Megan stared at the blank white surface. Her voice broke as she spoke. "I was going to... to tell them about the time you caught me sneaking out. About how you grounded me for a month. About how I... I wanted to make you look like a monster."
"Why?"
"Because I was angry. Because you said no to my credit card. Because I wanted to hurt you the way you hurt me."
"And did it work? Did you hurt me?"
She shook her head, a fresh wave of sobs overtaking her. "No. You stopped me. You stopped everything."
"I didn't stop you, Megan. You stopped yourself. You scheduled that post because you wanted me to find it. You wanted me to catch you. You wanted to be stopped."
Her breath caught. She turned her head slightly, as if to look at him, then stopped. "That's not true."
"Isn't it? You're smart. You know how to use incognito browsers. You know how to schedule posts without leaving traces. But you did it on the family computer. You did it while I was home. You left the door open."
Megan's shoulders sagged. A long, shuddering exhale escaped her. "I didn't... I didn't realize I was doing that."
"You did. Your body knew. Your subconscious knew. You wanted someone to take control because you couldn't control yourself. And now I have. And it's working. Look at you."
She looked down at herself. Her bare lower half glistened in the dim light. Her thighs were slick with her own wetness, the evidence of her arousal undeniable. Even through the tears and the shame and the sting of the spanking, her body was responding. Needing. The aphrodisiacs had turned her into something ravenous, and every word he spoke, every command he gave, only fed the hunger.
"I'm pathetic," she whispered.
"No. You're honest. For the first time in years, you're being honest with yourself." Trent stepped closer, standing directly behind her. He didn't touch her. He didn't need to. His proximity alone made her skin prickle with anticipation. "Now finish. Tell me the rest."
Megan's voice grew steadier as she spoke, but the content became more raw. She described each planned segment of her livestream. The staged seduction. The fake tears. The lies she had prepared about his strictness, his coldness, his supposed neglect. She laid out every manipulation she had crafted, every emotional button she had planned to push.
And when she finished, Trent made her start again from the beginning.
By the third repetition, she was hoarse. By the fourth, she had stopped crying. By the fifth, her voice was flat, mechanical, as if she were reciting a grocery list instead of a betrayal.
"And I was going to end by saying that if anyone wanted to see more, they could subscribe to my private channel. That I would show them everything. Everything my father didn't want them to see."
Silence.
Trent walked around to face her. He crouched down, bringing his eyes level with hers. "Do you still want that?"
Megan shook her head slowly. "No, Sir."
"Why not?"
"Because... because I don't want to be that person anymore. I don't want to be the girl who uses her own body to hurt the people who love her. I don't want to be the daughter who blackmails her father."
"What do you want to be?"
She met his eyes. For a long moment, neither of them spoke. Then her voice came out soft, certain. "I want to be yours. I want to be your good girl. I want to be the daughter you're proud of. The one who listens. The one who earns what she gets."
Trent studied her face. The tears had dried. The defiance was gone. In its place was something fragile but real. Surrender.
"You understand what that means?"
"Yes, Sir."
"It means you don't get to make choices anymore. Not about your body. Not about your time. Not about anything that matters. I decide. And you trust that I will decide what's best for you. Can you do that?"
Megan nodded. "Yes, Sir. I can."
He reached out and cupped her cheek, his thumb brushing away a smudge of mascara. "Then this session is over. You did well."
Her lip trembled. "Thank you, Sir."
He uncuffed her wrists and helped her stand. Her legs were weak, her body aching, but she stood without support. She looked at him with an openness he had never seen before. No masks. No performance. Just Megan.
"Come," he said, leading her toward the stairs. "You need water. And rest. Tomorrow we start the next phase."
She followed without question, her hand slipping into his as naturally as if she had been doing it her whole life. Behind them, the training room lights clicked off, leaving the space dark and still.
Upstairs, the house was quiet. Trent guided Megan to the kitchen, poured her a glass of water, and watched as she drank it in slow, grateful sips. She set the glass down and looked at him.
"I'm sorry," she said. "For everything."
"I know."
"Do you... do you forgive me?"
Trent considered the question. Forgiveness was complicated. Trust was earned. But the girl standing in front of him was not the same one who had scheduled that livestream. She had been broken down and rebuilt, even if only partially. And the work was not done.
"I will," he said. "In time. As long as you keep proving to me that you mean it."
She nodded, accepting the condition without argument. "I will. I promise."
"Good. Now go shower. I'll bring you something to wear."
Megan turned and walked toward the stairs, her steps slow but steady. At the bottom step, she paused and looked back. "Sir?"
"Yes?"
"Thank you. For not giving up on me."
Something shifted in Trent's chest. A warmth he had not expected. He allowed himself a small nod. "You're welcome, pet."
She smiled. A real smile, small and fragile but genuine. Then she climbed the stairs, leaving Trent alone in the quiet kitchen, the weight of what he had done settling over him like a familiar coat.
He had broken her. And in doing so, he had finally found her.
Holiday Prep
The first car pulled into the driveway late morning. Trent watched from the living room window, his coffee cup warm in his hands. Megan stood in the kitchen doorway, her fingers pressed against her thighs. She wore a simple cream sweater and dark slacks. No jewelry. No makeup beyond a light touch. He had approved the outfit the night before.
"They're here," she said. Her voice was soft, controlled. A far cry from the demanding tone she had used just weeks ago.
"I know." He took a sip of his coffee. "You remember the rules."
"Yes, Sir."
"Then let's greet them."
He set down his cup and walked to the front door. Megan followed two steps behind, her footsteps quiet on the hardwood. He opened the door as his sister Margaret climbed out of the driver's seat. Her husband David emerged from the passenger side. Their two children, a boy of twelve and a girl of fourteen, spilled out of the back seat with the restless energy of a long car ride.
"Trent!" Margaret embraced him warmly. "It's so good to see you. The drive was endless."
"Come in. You must be tired."
She stepped past him and spotted Megan. "Oh, Megan! Look at you. You look so... nice."
There was a hint of surprise in Margaret's voice. Megan had a reputation in the family. The revealing clothes. The loud opinions. The constant phone in her hand. Now she stood quiet and composed, her hands clasped in front of her like she was waiting for instruction.
"Hi, Aunt Margaret. Can I take your coat?"
Margaret blinked. "Of course, sweetheart. Thank you."
Megan took the coat with careful hands and hung it in the hall closet. She did the same for David and directed the children toward the guest rooms. Her movements were fluid. Practiced. Trent watched her with a neutral expression, but inside he felt a quiet satisfaction. The training was holding.
The rest of the morning passed in a steady rhythm of arrivals. Trent's brother Paul came with his wife and their teenage son. Then Trent's mother arrived, her silver hair immaculate, her eyes sharp as she assessed the household. Each time a car pulled up, Megan was there. She offered drinks and carried luggage, showed guests to their rooms and answered questions with polite, measured responses.
"Megan, you're being so helpful," Margaret said as she settled into the living room with a glass of wine. "Is everything alright?"
"Everything's fine, Aunt Margaret. I'm just happy to have everyone here."
Margaret exchanged a glance with David but said nothing.
Trent stood by the fireplace, observing. Megan moved through the room, offering a tray of appetizers. Her hands trembled slightly as she held the tray. He noticed. He wondered if anyone else did.
"Megan." His voice was calm. "The cheese platter needs to be refreshed."
"Yes, Dad. Right away."
She turned and walked to the kitchen. He followed her a moment later, his steps unhurried. She stood at the counter, her back to him, her shoulders tight with tension.
"You're doing well," he said quietly.
She exhaled. "Thank you, Sir."
"But you're nervous. I can see it."
"I don't want to make a mistake." Her voice cracked slightly. "Everyone's watching."
"That's the point." He stepped closer, his voice dropping to a whisper that brushed against her ear. "You are being watched. By me. By them. This is a test, Megan. Every moment matters. Do you understand?"
She nodded, her eyes fixed on the counter.
"Then stop shaking. Breathe. Focus. You know what to do."
She took a slow breath. Then another. Her shoulders relaxed by degrees.
"Yes, Sir."
"Good. Now take the platter out. Offer it to your grandmother first. Then to Aunt Margaret. Then to Uncle Paul. Do you remember the order?"
"Grandmother first. Then Aunt Margaret. Then Uncle Paul."
"Correct. Go."
She picked up the platter and walked back into the living room. He watched her approach her grandmother, her smile polite and warm. His mother accepted a slice of cheese with a nod of approval. Margaret took one next. Then Paul. Megan moved through the room with a grace that seemed almost rehearsed.
Trent allowed himself a small smile.
The afternoon brought more arrivals. Trent's cousin Sarah arrived with her husband and their two young children. Then an elderly aunt and uncle. The house filled with voices and laughter and the clatter of dishes. Megan remained at the center of it all, serving and hosting and answering questions. She never stopped moving.
At one point, Margaret pulled Trent aside. "She's different."
"She's growing up," he said.
"It's more than that. She's... calm. She used to be so loud. So demanding."
"She learned some lessons."
Margaret studied him for a moment. "You had something to do with that, didn't you?"
"I'm her father. It's my job."
She didn't press further, but her eyes held a knowing look. Trent returned to the living room, where Megan was now kneeling to pick up a napkin a child had dropped. She did it without being asked. Without hesitation. The movement was natural, almost instinctive. The sight of her on her knees, even briefly, sent a pulse of satisfaction through him.
He felt a surge of pride.
By evening, the house was full. The dining table had been extended to its full length, chairs crammed together to accommodate everyone. Megan had helped set the table, placing each plate and utensil with precise care. She had folded napkins into neat triangles. She had arranged the centerpiece of dried flowers and candles.
"This looks beautiful, Megan," her grandmother said as she took her seat.
"Thank you, Grandma."
"You've really stepped up. I'm impressed."
Megan's cheeks flushed. "I'm trying."
Trent took his place at the head of the table. Megan sat to his right, her usual spot. But tonight, she would not be eating with the family. She would be serving.
"Megan will be handling the meal tonight," he announced as the family settled in. "She's been practicing her hosting skills."
"Oh, you don't have to do that," Margaret said. "Sit and eat with us."
"I want to," Megan said quickly. "I want to take care of everyone."
There was a moment of silence. Then Paul shrugged. "Well, if she wants to. More wine for me."
The table laughed. Megan smiled, but Trent saw the tension in her jaw. She stood and moved to the kitchen, returning with the first course. She served each person with careful attention, starting with her grandmother, then Margaret, then Paul, following the order he had taught her.
The meal progressed smoothly. Megan cleared plates, refilled glasses, brought out the main course. She moved with a quiet efficiency that drew approving glances from the older relatives. The children barely noticed her, too absorbed in their own conversations.
But Trent noticed everything. The way her hands tightened when someone asked a question. The way her eyes darted to him after each task, seeking approval. The way she swallowed hard when his mother complimented her.
He saw the strain beneath the surface. The pressure of the performance.
During dessert, a minor crisis occurred. Margaret's daughter knocked over a glass of water. It spilled across the tablecloth, soaking the edge of the fabric. The girl gasped. Margaret started to scold.
"It's fine," Megan said, already moving. She grabbed a cloth from the kitchen and began blotting the spill. "Accidents happen. Don't worry about it."
She worked quickly, efficiently, soaking up the water before it could spread. She didn't look at Trent. She didn't need to. She knew what was expected.
When the cloth was soaked, she carried it to the kitchen and returned with a fresh one. She placed it over the damp spot and smiled at the girl. "See? All fixed."
The girl nodded, relieved. Margaret looked at Megan with something like surprise.
"Thank you, Megan," Margaret said.
"You're welcome, Aunt Margaret."
Trent watched the exchange with a quiet sense of vindication. His daughter was performing perfectly. Under pressure. Under observation. She was proving that the training had taken hold.
The meal ended with coffee and small talk. Megan cleared the remaining dishes and retreated to the kitchen. Trent excused himself a few minutes later and found her leaning against the counter, her eyes closed.
"You did well," he said.
She opened her eyes. They were glassy with exhaustion. "Thank you, Sir."
"But you're tired."
"Yes, Sir."
"That's good. It means you worked hard. It means you earned your rest."
She nodded, her hands gripping the edge of the counter.
"There's more tomorrow," he said. "More relatives coming. More tests. Can you handle it?"
She met his eyes. "Yes, Sir."
"Then get some sleep. I'll handle the cleanup tonight."
Her eyes widened. "Really?"
"You've earned it. Go."
She hesitated, as if unsure. Then she stepped forward and wrapped her arms around him. The embrace was brief, tight, and desperate. He felt her body tremble against his, the warmth of her pressing close, the subtle curve of her waist fitting against him in a way that made him acutely aware of her. His hand settled on the small of her back, feeling the tension there, the exhaustion coiled in her muscles.
"Thank you," she whispered, her breath warm against his neck.
He placed a hand on her head, smoothing her hair, letting his fingers trail through the soft strands. "You're welcome, pet. Now go."
She pulled away and walked toward the stairs. He watched her go, her steps slow and heavy with fatigue, the cream sweater shifting with each step. When she was gone, he turned to the sink and began washing the dishes.
The house was full. The test was underway. And his daughter was proving herself.
Tomorrow would bring more challenges, more scrutiny, more pressure. But tonight, she had passed. Tonight, she had earned his approval.
He smiled and continued washing, the warm water soothing his hands. The holiday had begun.
Holiday Reveal
The house smelled of cinnamon and roasting turkey, the mingled scents of three generations of Dunlap family recipes filling every corner. Trent stood by the fireplace, a glass of bourbon warming in his hand, watching his relatives filter through the living room. His sister Margaret was arranging appetizers on the coffee table. His brother Daniel had claimed the armchair by the window. Their mother sat in her usual spot on the sofa, sharp eyes missing nothing.
And Megan moved through them all like water.
She wore a simple cream sweater and dark jeans, her hair pulled back in a neat ponytail. No makeup. No jewelry. She carried a tray of stuffed mushrooms, stopping at each guest with a soft smile and a quiet offering.
"Would you like one, Aunt Margaret?"
Her voice was calm. Measured. Nothing like the demanding whine that had once filled this house.
Margaret looked up, surprise flickering across her face. "Oh. Thank you, dear."
Megan waited, tray steady, until Margaret took two. Then she moved on.
Trent took a slow sip of his bourbon.
The transformation was remarkable. Just weeks ago, this girl had been scheming to blackmail him. Weeks of training, of structure, of consistent correction and reward. He had watched her fight, then resist, then slowly settle into something new.
Now she moved through the family gathering like a well-trained attendant, anticipating needs before they were spoken, adjusting her pace to match the room's energy.
His mother caught his eye from across the room. She raised an eyebrow, a silent question.
Trent gave a small nod.
She would see. Soon.
Dinner was served at six, as planned. Megan helped bring dishes from the kitchen, her movements precise and efficient. She filled water glasses without being asked. She cleared empty plates before they piled up. She made sure every guest had what they needed.
"Megan, you're being so helpful," her cousin Helen said, genuinely surprised. "Are you feeling okay?"
Megan smiled. "I'm great, actually. I've been learning a lot lately."
"About what?"
"About how to be better."
The answer was smooth, practiced, and utterly sincere. Helen blinked, then shrugged and returned to her conversation.
Trent watched from the head of the table. He had chosen that seat deliberately. It gave him a full view of the room, of every interaction, of every tiny test Megan faced and passed.
She didn't look at him for approval. She didn't need to. She knew he was watching. She knew he would address her when the time was right.
That time came after dessert.
The family had migrated back to the living room, coffee cups in hand, the warm buzz of a good meal settling over everyone. Trent stood and walked to the center of the room, his presence drawing attention without effort.
"I'd like everyone's attention for a moment."
Conversations faded. Heads turned. His mother set down her coffee. Daniel leaned forward in his chair.
Trent looked at Megan, who stood near the doorway, hands clasped in front of her.
"Megan. Come here."
She crossed the room immediately, her footsteps soft on the hardwood. She stopped in front of him, eyes lowered, posture open and waiting.
"Kneel."
A ripple of surprise moved through the room. Margaret's mouth fell open. Helen's eyes went wide. Daniel's brow furrowed.
Megan knelt without hesitation. She settled onto her heels, hands resting on her thighs, head bowed. The pose was perfect. Natural. As if she had been doing it her whole life.
Trent reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out a small velvet box.
"Over the past few weeks, Megan has been learning a new way to live," he said, his voice carrying through the silent room. "She came to me with a problem. She was lost. She was acting out in ways that hurt herself and this family. I offered her a solution."
He opened the box. Inside lay a simple leather collar, dark brown with a small silver ring at the front.
"She chose to accept that solution. She chose to give me her trust, her obedience, and her loyalty. And I have chosen to accept responsibility for her. For her behavior. For her growth."
He looked at his family, meeting each set of eyes in turn.
"This collar represents that commitment. It marks her as mine. As someone who is being guided, trained, and cared for. She will wear it from now on, in this house and in this family. And I expect everyone here to respect what that means."
Silence stretched.
Then his mother stood.
She walked over to where Megan knelt, looking down at her granddaughter with an expression Trent couldn't quite read. She reached out and touched Megan's chin, tilting her face up.
Megan met her grandmother's eyes. There was no shame there. No defiance. Just quiet acceptance.
"You're happy like this?" his mother asked.
"Yes, Grandma."
"You chose this?"
"Yes."
His mother studied her for a long moment. Then she nodded.
"Good."
She turned to Trent and held out her hand. He placed the collar in her palm. She examined it, running her fingers over the leather, testing the ring.
"It's well made."
"I had it custom done."
She handed it back to him. "Put it on her."
Trent took the collar and moved behind Megan. She lifted her hair, exposing her neck. The skin was warm beneath his fingers as he wrapped the leather around her throat. He fastened the buckle, adjusting it until it sat snug but not tight. The silver ring settled at her throat, a subtle mark of ownership.
His fingers lingered there, feeling her pulse quicken beneath his touch. A flush crept up from the collar, coloring her cheeks. She shivered, and he smiled.
He stepped back.
Megan stayed kneeling, her hand rising to touch the collar. Her fingers traced the leather, exploring its weight, its presence. A soft breath escaped her lips.
"Thank you, Sir."
"You're welcome, pet."
The room was still. Everyone was watching.
Then Daniel stood up. He walked over, his footsteps heavy on the floor. He looked down at Megan, then at Trent.
"You're serious about this."
"Completely."
"And she's really okay with it?"
Trent looked at Megan. "Tell him."
Megan raised her head. "I'm exactly where I want to be, Uncle Daniel. I've never been more sure of anything."
Daniel stared at her. Then he laughed, a short, surprised sound.
"Well. I'll be damned."
He clapped Trent on the shoulder. "If it works, it works. She's certainly better behaved than she was six months ago."
"She is."
"Then I approve."
One by one, the others followed. Margaret came over, her expression softening as she looked at Megan. She crouched down, brushing a strand of hair from her niece's face.
"You look peaceful, sweetheart."
"I am, Aunt Margaret."
"Good. That's all I care about."
Helen was next, still looking confused but willing to accept. "So, like, you're just going to be, what, her dad's assistant or something?"
"Something like that," Megan said.
"Weird. But okay."
His mother was the last. She approached Megan and placed her hands on either side of her granddaughter's face, tilting it up.
"You will honor this commitment," she said quietly. "You will not embarrass this family or yourself. You will be obedient, respectful, and grateful. Do you understand?"
"Yes, Grandma."
"And you will call me if you ever need anything. No matter what."
Megan's eyes glistened. "I will."
His mother kissed her forehead. Then she straightened and looked at Trent.
"You've done well."
"Thank you, Mother."
The tension in the room dissolved. Conversations resumed, but with a new undercurrent. People were watching Megan differently now, seeing her not as the troublesome youngest but as something transformed.
Megan remained kneeling until Trent touched her shoulder.
"Up, pet."
She rose smoothly, her hand going to her collar again. She looked at him, her eyes soft and full of something that might have been love.
"What would you like me to do now, Sir?"
"Help your aunt clear the dishes."
"Yes, Sir."
She turned and walked toward the kitchen, pausing to pick up a stray coffee cup on her way. Margaret fell into step beside her, asking a question about the recipe for the stuffing.
Trent watched them go.
His mother appeared at his elbow. "She's different."
"Yes."
"You broke something in her."
"I reshaped it."
She considered this. "And you're sure this is what she needs?"
Trent watched Megan through the kitchen doorway. She was laughing at something Margaret said, her hand still touching the collar, as if she couldn't quite believe it was there.
"She needs structure," he said. "She needs to know her place. She needs to feel safe enough to stop fighting. I'm giving her all of that."
"And what are you getting?"
He looked at his mother. She was sharp. She always had been.
"I'm getting a daughter who doesn't threaten to destroy our family for attention."
"That's not all."
"No. I'm also getting the satisfaction of watching her become what she was always meant to be. Obedient. Grateful. Useful."
His mother nodded slowly. "That's a lot of power to hold over one person."
"She gave it to me willingly."
"Did she?"
Trent thought of Megan's face when she knelt. The way her shoulders had relaxed. The way her breath had steadied.
"Yes," he said. "She did."
Later that night, after the guests had gone and the house had settled into quiet, Trent found Megan in the living room. She was on her knees by the fireplace, carefully arranging the remaining logs for the morning. The firelight caught the silver ring at her throat, making it glint each time she moved.
"You did well tonight."
She looked up, a smile touching her lips. "Thank you, Sir."
"The family approves."
"I know. I could tell."
"How does that feel?"
She considered the question, her hand resting on the collar at her throat.
"It feels like I belong somewhere. Like I'm part of something. Like I'm not just taking up space anymore."
Trent walked over and stood in front of her. She tilted her head back, looking up at him. The firelight played across her features, catching in her eyes.
"You were never just taking up space, Megan."
"I felt like I was."
"I know. That's why you acted out."
She nodded, her eyes dropping. "I'm sorry for all of it, Sir. For the videos. For the threats. For trying to hurt you."
"I know you are."
"Do you forgive me?"
He reached down and cupped her chin, lifting her face. His thumb traced along her jawline, feeling the warmth of her skin.
"There's nothing to forgive. You were lost. I found you. That's all that matters now."
She leaned into his touch, her eyes closing. A soft sound escaped her, somewhere between a sigh and a moan. He felt her pulse quicken under his fingers where they rested against her throat, just above the collar.
"I love you, Dad."
"I love you too, pet."
His hand slid from her chin to the back of her neck, fingers curling into the hair at her nape. She shivered at the contact, her lips parting slightly. He tightened his grip, just enough to remind her of his control, and watched her breath catch.
"Good girl," he murmured.
The words washed over her like warm water. He could see it in the way her body softened, the way her shoulders dropped, the way her thighs spread just slightly wider on the rug. The collar gleamed at her throat as she swallowed.
He released her and gestured to the floor beside the fireplace.
"Come. Curl up."
She moved immediately, settling onto the rug, tucking her legs beneath her and resting her head on his knee. She looked up at the fire, the light dancing across her face. Her fingers traced lazy circles on his leg, a quiet intimacy that spoke of comfort and belonging.
Trent sat in the armchair nearby, his bourbon still half full. He watched the flames, and he watched her. His free hand found her hair, stroking through the silky strands, feeling her melt further into him with each pass.
She turned her face against his leg, pressing a kiss to his knee through the fabric of his pants. Then another, higher, on his thigh. Her breath was warm through the cloth.
"What do you need, pet?"
"Just this," she whispered. "Just being yours."
His hand tightened in her hair, pulling her head back gently so she was looking up at him. Her eyes were dark and soft in the firelight, her lips parted, her breath coming in shallow pulls.
"You are mine," he said. "Every inch of you. Every breath. Every thought."
"Yes, Sir."
"Say it again."
"Every inch of me. Every breath. Every thought. Yours."
He released her hair and she settled back against his leg, her cheek resting on his thigh. The fire crackled. The collar glinted.
She was his now. Completely. Irrevocably.
And for the first time in months, he felt at peace.
The holidays would come and go. The family would return to their lives. But this would remain. This new order. This quiet obedience.
He raised his glass in a silent toast to the fire.
To new beginnings.
To training well done.
To his girl, exactly where she belonged.
